Andra Polasky is the Corporate Services Coordinator of Coleman Wellness Solutions. She has been an occupational health/wellness specialist for 10 years. Andra’s experience lies in D.O.T., drug testing, employee assistance programming, smoking cessation, emotional intelligence, health/benefit fairs and wellness programs. Andra has assisted hundreds of businesses in Ohio with safety compliance, drug free workplace implementation, building smoke-free worksites and assisting employees with work/life balance. As our ‘most requested trainer’, Andra facilitates professional development trainings such as conflict management, cultural diversity, team building, emotional intelligence development, and developing and maintaining positive relationships in the workplace.
Andra has a bachelors degree from The University of Akron in Communications/Marketing. Additionally, she possesses certifications in tobacco cessation through the American Lung Association and emotional intelligence assessment and development through Multi Health Systems. She is currently enrolled in the 2007 Leadership Portage County professional development program.
