Susan Wilcox is the Chief Officer of Coleman Wellness Solutions. She possesses 25 years of experience helping companies improve the lives of their employees through benefit programs such as employee assistance, drug-free workplace services, wellness programming and training. Susan has conducted seminars, workshops and customized training programs for top companies in Northeast Ohio and throughout the country. She holds a master’s degree in Social Service Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Certificate in Women’s Studies from Kent State University. Additionally, Susan possesses certifications in chemical dependency from the State of Ohio, tobacco cessation through the Mayo Clinic and emotional intelligence assessment and development through Multi Health Systems. Susan is an adjunct professor at Northeastern Universities College of Medicine, serves on the Advisory Board of NEOUCOM’s Master of Public Health program and is a Board of Trustee for Leadership Portage County.
