LEVEL ONE assesses your company and employees’ wellness and provides recommendations for future investment. In conjunction with your broker, we complete a claims analysis over the past year highlighting trends and areas of greatest utilization. Recommendations follow that suggest programming and care management strategies to better contain these costs. Employees participate in a comprehensive on-line health risk assessment and receive an immediate printed response which educates them about their level of health and what they can do to improve it. In addition, employees have access to an expansive web based library of information and interventions. Companies are encouraged to provide incentives and reward programs for employees who participate. Companies are also supported in planning and implementing health fairs.
LEVEL TWO incorporates the services listed in Level One and offers companies the ability to provide quality fairs and education - on-site - that will address the risk areas identified in the assessments conducted in Level One of the program. Employers commit to 24 months of structured group wellness programming. Highly qualified, experienced health personnel in their areas of expertise will provide interventions. In addition, companies receive newsletters and other promotional materials to educate their workforce about the health and wellness issues that most directly affect them. Recognition, discounts and reimbursements are highly encouraged at this level of programming. Brokers will assist with healthcare costs and utilization analysis over the 24 months.
LEVEL THREE programming offers all of the above-mentioned services with the behavior management programs that have the highest probability of affecting the recommended changes. An environmental assessment is also conducted to ensure support of Wellness initiatives throughout the company. Included in this level of Wellness programming are direct service provision and/or coordination of:
